I work out 4 days a week with weight training and kettle bells ! I weigh about 140lb, I am 5’7″ tall, and my BFP is 19%! I have 3 children and have lost all my essential post baby weight! Currently, I am toned and have some muscle definiteion, but would like to see more definition and for how hard I work out! I have worked out for a long time now, eat very healthy, just feel like I am as fit as I am going to get without additional help! I am not looking to lose weight and become skinnier! I am wanting to keep my stature just build more muscle with more cut definition!
Handcraft more than ever is a strong direction for the future. Since the two past decades, we have seen an increasing interest in handmade; first to rediscover nearly forgotten shapes and techniques, to associate these manmade objects with industrial ones, then to inspire serial productions with a handmade twist and now, more and more, to map a new road for creation taking into account not only local talents yet also local and sustainable production.
